What you'll do

  • Define and drive the enterprise AI adoption and enablement strategy, including persona development, journey mapping, and engagement models.
  • Establish and scale frameworks for AI training, certification programs, communities of practice, and champion networks.
  • Develop and operationalize a persona-based AI solutioning model, including use case intake, prioritization, and enterprise scaling.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of measurement frameworks to track adoption, engagement, productivity outcomes, and business value.
  • Establish governance models for AI tools, use case lifecycle management, and responsible solution scaling.
  • Translate insights, metrics, and outcomes into executive-level communications and strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with Business Technology Product Owners and Technical Leads to align enablement strategies with product capabilities and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with Organizational Change Management, Enterprise Learning & Development, and Strategic Communications teams to align training, messaging, and change strategies.
  • Influence and align senior stakeholders across IT, DEX, and business units to drive adoption and remove barriers.
  • Lead, coach, and develop up to two direct reports while fostering alignment, growth, and organizational impact.

Summary:

In this role, you will define and drive the enterprise strategy for AI adoption, experience, and enablement across Vizient. You will establish scalable frameworks, operating models, and engagement strategies that accelerate AI adoption, drive measurable business value, and foster sustained behavior change. You will collaborate with business, technology, learning, communications, and change management leaders to align AI enablement initiatives with organizational priorities while influencing enterprise-wide adoption and governance of AI solutions.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
