Join Stryker’s Contract Management team and play a key role in supporting business operations through the review, negotiation, and management of procurement agreements. This position partners closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and legal professionals to facilitate efficient contracting processes, manage risk, and improve contract management practices across the organization. The role offers broad exposure to manufacturing, service, development, and procurement-related agreements while contributing to process improvements, training initiatives, and contract lifecycle management programs.

What You Will Do

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in contract management, contract negotiation, procurement, legal operations, or supply chain.

  • Experience drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating procurement contracts, procurement agreements, and Statements of Work (SOWs).

  • Experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in contract management, contract negotiation, procurement, legal operations, or a related business function.

  • Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating a variety of commercial and procurement agreements, including supplier/vendor agreements, manufacturing agreements, procurement contracts, service agreements, technology agreements, development agreements, and capital equipment purchase agreements.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement contract templates, contract negotiation playbooks, training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.

  • Experience leveraging contract data and analytics, reporting, process automation, workflow optimization, and systems administration to improve contract operations, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

  • Strong experience supporting IT and technology procurement, including software agreements, hardware agreements, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), cloud services, licensing agreements, and other technology-related contracts.

  • Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally within a complex, global, matrixed organization and influencing stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, and other business functions.

  • Experience using Checkbox or similar workflow automation, legal intake, contract intake, or contract management solutions to streamline legal and procurement processes.

  • US5: $93,800 - $156,200 USD Annual
  • US10: $98,200 - $163,700 USD Annual
  • US15: $102,700 - $171,100 USD Annual
  • US20: $107,200 - $178,600 USD Annual
  • US30: $116,100 - $193,400 USD Annual
