Job Description

Key Responsibilities

DDQ and Client Questionnaire Management

• Manage and complete Due Diligence Questionnaires, RFP support documents, client questionnaires, and other business development requests.
• Work closely with Sales, Product Specialists, SMEs, and relevant business functions to collate, validate, and finalize required responses.
• Ensure responses are accurate, complete, consistent, and aligned with approved company language, internal standards, and applicable guidelines.
• Review client requirements carefully and identify areas requiring SME input, policy references, supporting documents, or additional clarification.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure quality deliverables are completed within required timelines.
• Maintain and update the content library on a timely basis, ensuring approved responses remain current, relevant, and easily accessible.
• Support continuous improvement of DDQ response quality, consistency, and turnaround time.

Project Management, Reporting, and Stakeholder Collaboration

• Manage the end-to-end DDQ request queue by tracking incoming requests, prioritizing tasks, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Maintain visibility of open, ongoing, pending, and completed DDQ requests through trackers, dashboards, workflow tools, or reporting mechanisms.
• Design, maintain, and improve reports, trackers, and dashboards to monitor DDQ progress, request volumes, turnaround time, SLA performance, pending dependencies, and completion trends.
• Prepare regular status updates, management reports, and operational summaries for leadership and key stakeholders.
• Support workload planning by tracking request volumes, team capacity, deadlines, priorities, and critical deliverables.
• Support process improvement, automation, and reporting enhancement initiatives related to DDQ tracking, content management, stakeholder follow-ups, and operational governance.
• Collaborate with global teams across functions and regions, ensuring clear, proactive, and professional communication throughout the DDQ lifecycle.
