  • Along with Ops Managers, conduct RCAs & define CPAs to mitigate slippage of errors.
  • Drive ‘Reduction in Customer Comebacks.
  • Analyze transaction data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements in transactional processes.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of quality assurance methodologies.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on quality-related inquiries.
  • Ensure that all transactional quality processes comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes.

Job Description
