  • Experience using AI tools to support research, analysis, ideation, content development or prototyping, with the ability to evaluate outputs and apply human judgment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint and Copilot, as well as learning or digital adoption platforms and other design tools/systems.
  • Ability to interpret experience, adoption or performance data using Excel, Power BI or comparable tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain design decisions, influence stakeholders and constructively challenge assumptions.
  • Ability to learn new technologies, manage multiple priorities and iterate quickly in an evolving environment.
  • A portfolio or work examples demonstrating research, experience design, prototyping, testing and iteration.

  • Experience supporting workforce enablement, organizational transformation, performance improvement or change initiatives.

About the role:
As a Lead, Capability Experience Designer, you will design human-centered experiences that help colleagues build capabilities, adopt new behaviors and perform effectively in their roles. You will translate complex business and capability needs into intuitive, accessible and scalable experiences that fit naturally within colleague workflows.

Working across learning, workforce design, performance, digital adoption and change initiatives, you will research colleague needs, map journeys, prototype solutions and use experience signals to continuously improve. You will also use AI to enhance how you work and design AI-enabled experiences that help colleagues adopt new ways of working.
