About this role

About the Opportunity

Clearwater is experiencing exceptional growth across the DACH region, with a rapidly expanding client base. As we deepen our footprint in one of Europe’s most sophisticated investment markets, we continue to build out a dedicated local team - and this role sits right at the heart of that expansion. We're looking for Lead Client Servicing Associates to join our EMEA team and help us deliver a world-class service to some of the region's most sophisticated investors.

This is a fantastic opportunity to sit at the heart of the client experience. You'll work directly with clients (asset managers, insurers, pension funds and more), resolving enquiries, validating data, and helping their investment operations run smoothly on Clearwater's leading SaaS platform.

This role suits someone who wants to grow at the intersection of client partnership, investment operations, product knowledge, and process innovation.

We've recently opened a brand-new office in Frankfurt's Opernturm, home to a brilliant and rapidly growing local team, a clear signal of our long-term commitment to the DACH market, where a growing number of organisations are choosing our cloud-native, front-to-back platform for investment management.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of Clearwater's global clients, becoming a trusted point of contact for their investment accounting, reporting, and analytics needs.
  • Respond to client enquiries across investment accounting, asset classes and financial markets, delivering clear, accurate answers that build confidence in the platform.
  • Deliver timely and accurate information on Financial Statements and Analytics Reporting, keeping clients informed and reassured.
  • Build credibility with sophisticated clients as a dependable day-to-day partner.
  • Handle core operational tasks, such as account set-up, client lockdowns, compliance and reconciliation validation, with precision and care.
  • Validate investment data against third-party market sources, using Clearwater's proprietary tools to reconcile transactions accurately.
  • Get hands-on with our knowledge base and internal resources, proactively solving client queries before they become bigger problems.
  • Juggle a busy workload with confidence, prioritising by productivity and quality metrics so the most important work always gets done first.
  • Bring commercial awareness - understanding how servicing excellence drives retention, growth, and client strategy.
  • Take on team and client-related projects that stretch your skills and connect you with colleagues across Clearwater.
  • Coach and mentor more junior team members

What We're Looking For

We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds. You might come from accounting, finance, or a related discipline, or bring hands-on experience in investment operations. What matters most is your curiosity, client focus, and drive to deliver.

  • Strong understanding of financial markets and/or core accounting concepts.
  • Prior experience working with institutional clients is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including confidence with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • An exceptional problem-solving mindset, calm under pressure.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Maths, or related discipline
  • Business fluency in German and English

Why Clearwater Analytics?

  • Be part of a high-growth, global fintech that's transforming investment management with the industry’s most comprehensive cloud-native platform for institutional investors across global public and private markets.
  • Join a collaborative, supportive EMEA team with real opportunities for career development.
  • Work with leading institutional clients across the DACH region and beyond.
  • Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a culture that values your contribution and provides real opportunity to build a career.
