About the Role
As the Lead Psychologist, you will lead end-to-end mental health care delivery on campus, combining clinical expertise, system design, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
You will be responsible for building a structured, tech-enabled, and outcome-driven mental health ecosystem that integrates prevention, early intervention, and crisis care into the student journey.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead On-Ground Clinical Services
- Supervise 24/7 mental health care delivery across campus, from drop-in therapy to crisis response.
- Ensure quality control, clinical supervision, and best-practice fidelity across a multidisciplinary team.
- Create a nurturing, non-judgmental culture of care that blends clinical excellence with empathy.
2. Shape the Digital & Scalable Future
- Act as the clinical lead for Sukoon’s mental health technology product, helping improve content, user flow, and care logic.
- Integrate data insights from the platform into care planning and service upgrades.
- Design protocols for stepped care across mild, moderate, and severe conditions.
3. Drive Impact & Outcomes
- Track mental health outcomes across:
- Anxiety
- Stress
- Depression
- Resilience
- Substance use
- Co-author quarterly and annual reports for university leadership.

4. Build & Mentor the Team
- Serve as the clinical anchor for junior psychologists, PSWs, therapy specialists, and interns.

5. Integrate Psychology Into Campus Life
- Partner with academic departments to embed mental health into classrooms.
- Champion peer advocacy, student-led campaigns, and awareness events.
- Build trust with faculty, student bodies, and administrative stakeholders.
6. Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary clinical point of contact for university stakeholders, including leadership, student welfare, and security teams.
- Support safety planning, emergency coordination, and high-risk case management within institutional settings.
- Participate in reviews and provide clinical insights to strengthen program effectiveness and scalability.
