About this role
The Lead Facilitator plays a pivotal role in designing and delivering high-impact learning experiences that drive measurable behaviour change and business outcomes. This role combines advanced facilitation expertise, strong content design capabilities, and stakeholder partnership to ensure learning interventions are engaging, relevant, and impactful.
Content Development
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging, high-quality learning materials using advanced adult learning principles.
- Create various training collaterals (quizzes, assessments, case studies, etc.).
- Conduct research to tailor content to specific industries and client needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Secure approval through walkthroughs of training content with clients and facilitators.
Content Maintenance:
- Track and implement feedback for continuous content improvement.
- Maintain a comprehensive content repository.
Innovation:
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new tools and technologies.
- Enhance efficiency and effectiveness in content development and facilitation.
Facilitation:
Training Delivery:
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, adapting to various learning styles.
- Utilize diverse techniques to maintain participant engagement.
Participant Engagement:
- Foster an inclusive learning environment and encourage interaction.
- Provide real-time feedback and support.
