The Global Sales, Partner Growth Models team shapes the future of Nike’s marketplace by connecting strategy, technology, and partner growth. This role reports into Global Sales leadership and collaborates closely with Global and Geography Sales, Business Development, Finance, Nike Direct, and Technology teams to scale innovative partner business models across global markets.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike is seeking a consumer-obsessed strategist who sees the connection between commerce, technology, and growth. This individual thrives in complex, global environments and brings a strong understanding of how digital and physical retail experiences work together to serve consumers. They are equally comfortable developing enterprise-level strategies and enabling execution across diverse geographies, using data and insights to influence decisions and drive alignment. Success in this role requires exceptional collaboration skills, executive presence, and the ability to build strong relationships across functions, cultures, and time zones. The ideal candidate combines strategic rigor with a growth mindset, embraces ambiguity, and is energized by creating scalable solutions that unlock value for both Nike and its marketplace partners. They are passionate about retail innovation, digital transformation, and helping teams move faster through clear frameworks, tools, and business models.

You will help define and scale Nike’s integrated marketplace strategy by building the capabilities, tools, and business models that enable sustainable growth across partner ecosystems. You will work across global and geography teams to unlock new opportunities, improve consumer experiences, and accelerate marketplace innovation.
