What you'll do
- Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following travel schedules, listening to concerns, and solving problems
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and communication flow
- Ensure all necessary parts and equipment are requested in advance and that the truck is properly stocked for each installation job
- Document work performed according to company procedures
- Provide guidance and mentorship to assistants or apprentices
- Maintain personal tools and equipment, ensuring they are in operable condition
- Stay up to date with HVAC codes and standards
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all work settings
- Drive and maintain a box truck, ensuring it is properly serviced and operational
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
