Lead - Information Process & Systems

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, data analysis, and automation.

Proven experience in creating and maintaining dashboards, KPI reports, and management reports.

Good technical aptitude with the ability to understand business processes and translate them into reporting solutions.

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Strong MIS (Management Information System) reporting experience, including data validation, analysis, and presentation of insights.

Basic to intermediate finance knowledge, with an understanding of business metrics, revenue, costs, budgeting, and financial reporting concepts.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and provide actionable insights from data.
