What you'll do
- Manage export documentation processes including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bills of Lading.
- Operate and maintain supply chain management systems such as ERP or SAP.
- Handle daily business correspondence and communication with overseas customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure accuracy in all shipping and logistics documentation.
