What you'll do
- Responsibility for the daily technical operation of the surface treatment plant
- Preventive maintenance and optimisation of production equipment
- Troubleshooting of automated systems and technical installations
- Ensuring high uptime and stable 24/7 operations
- Building and managing a small technical team
- Cooperation with external suppliers and service partners
- Participation in FAT, SAT, testing and commissioning of new equipment
- Documentation, follow-up and continuous improvements
- Cooperation with Danish and German colleagues on operations, maintenance and production optimisation
- Participation in the development of maintenance strategies and spare parts management
What they're looking for
- Automation Technician
- Industrial Electrician
- Marine Engineer
- Production Technologist
- Mechanic with experience in automated systems
- or a similar technical education
- Have experience with the operation and maintenance of automated production facilities
- Have a good understanding of automation, PLC controls and industrial process plants
- Be structured and systematic in your approach to work
- Be able to work both operationally and tactically
- Thrive on responsibility and be able to take ownership of technical challenges
- Have experience with or an interest in managing employees
Nice to have
- Experience with surface treatment, painting, process plants or chemical production processes
- Proficient in Danish
- Proficient in German
- Proficient in English
