What you'll do
- Responsible for all Alaris device related tracking, distribution, recovery, and inventory.
- Utilize AeroScount program for documentation, maintenance and updating device battery life, tagging equipment as needed, and managing reports.
- Cross trained to perform all activities of a materials associate.
- Achieve quality and safety expectations including auditing inventory locations for regulatory compliance such as cleanliness, organization, expired supplies, ceiling heights and supplies put away in the correct locations.
- Participation in collaborative projects (with clinical teams, other Hospitals, corporate supply chain team, etc.…).
- Facilitate improvements through PDCA cycles, exceptional analytics/analysis and lean methods.
- Ensure staff compliance with department, hospital, state and federal regulations.

Job Description
The Lead Materials Equipment Associate is responsible for maintaining all supply chain elements for their defined/designated areas of responsibility. The Lead may be assigned to focus on specific projects, areas of the hospital or working with Materials Associates. Position will be expected to travel to other Saint Luke's facilities within the Kansas City metro.
Shift: Monday- Friday 7:30am -4:00pm
