Lead Modeler

Eligibility:

• Graduate in Fine Arts / Science Discipline Must have good Drawing & Traditional Art skills. Sculpting would be a plus.
• Ability to Analyse and Understand the Script, Client/ Director Notes, and Interpret Drawing & Concept Arts to create 3D models (like camera matching, blocking, proportions, details, posing, and presentation)
• Good understanding of geometry, topology & basic flow of Modeling
• Good Knowledge of UV, Texture, PBR Shaders, Rigging workflows
• Proficiency in Maya, Z-Brush, Blender, Adobe Photoshop, Krita & QuixelMixer
• Must have good Knowledge of Rigging, Texturing, Lookdev.
• Ability to Understand lighting and industry-standard render engines
• Understand the value of pipeline & process.
• Good Interpersonal & Problem solving skills
• Ability to work within a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines

Desired Candidates Skill:

• Passionate about Art & Film.
• Have good Drawing & Traditional Art skills. Sculpting would be a plus
• Ability to adapt to a wide range of styles
• Capable of taking direction and open towards constructive feedback
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently to Production deadlines
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, and produce consistent work
