About this role:

The Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Chief Product Office (CPO) is seeking a Lead Product Manager to serve as the Platform Reliability and Incident Management lead for the firm's advisory, trading, portfolio management, and client-facing platforms. This senior individual contributor role will establish and lead the operational reliability framework across critical wealth management platforms, serving as the business authority during major production incidents and driving end-to-end incident management, root cause remediation, and platform resiliency efforts. Responsibilities include governance of incident management processes, executive stakeholder communications during critical events, platform health reporting, resiliency testing, and oversight of corrective action execution. This position supports ongoing efforts to improve platform reliability, operational resilience, regulatory readiness, client experience, and risk management across the WIM product portfolio.


In this role, you will:
