The role will identify new growth opportunities, develop integrated marketing strategies, and collaborate across the organization to bring innovative offerings and experiences to market that strengthen AT&T's customer value proposition. 

Responsibilities

  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence across diverse stakeholder groups. 

  • Highly motivated self-starter with a bias for action. 

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Experience building new programs, processes, or initiatives from the ground up. 

  • Ability to simplify complex information into clear business recommendations. 

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. 

  • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership. 

  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Our Lead Marketing Management jobs earn between $143,800.00 - $215,800.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
