What you'll do
- Formulate and own the FY Production Plan to serve as the primary guide for Operations and Supply teams in target-driven discussions.
- Evaluate various production and supply scenarios and track performance closely to ensure the achievement of AOP targets.
- Bridge the demand and supply sides of the organization to maintain effective planning and overall business continuity.
- Act as the lead POC for the Operations side to relay requirements, construct solutions, and formulate backup plans for production impacts.
- Manage the BOM, routing for new models, and schedule development requirements for trials, change requests, and first-time runs.
- Maintain optimized inventory for finished goods and sub-assemblies with the correct variant mix to prevent main line downtime.
- Drive production targets through cross-functional teams (CFTs) while identifying and mitigating 3M risks to ensure engine efficiency.
- Lead the introduction of new models or technologies into production and participate in the CIB for effective change management.
