Lead Program Integrator - CT Systems

Job Description Summary

As a Lead Program Integrator (LPI), you will play a critical role in delivering the next generation of Computed Tomography (CT) systems. Working as a key member of the New Product Introduction (NPI) core team, you will lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, service, supply chain, marketing, and commercial teams to drive successful product development and launch.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing teams together, creating structure in complex environments, and driving execution from concept through commercialization. You will serve as the central coordinator of program activities, ensuring alignment across stakeholders while delivering high-quality products on schedule and within budget.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Execution

• Translate product and business strategies into executable cross-functional plans, including external evaluations, verification and validation activities, design transfer, and commercialization efforts.
• Lead and coordinate global, cross-functional teams through all phases of product development.
• Establish effective operating rhythms, communication plans, and governance processes that ensure program alignment and execution.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, weekly execution reviews, milestone reviews, and quality-focused discussions.
• Drive accountability for deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies across functional teams.

Program Planning & Integration

• Develop, own, and maintain the Integrated Program Plan (IPP).
• Define key integration activities, milestones, deliverables, and schedule commitments.
• Coordinate planning efforts across engineering disciplines, manufacturing operations, service, quality, and commercial teams.
• Identify program risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively manage issues that could impact cost, quality, or schedule.

Product Development & NPI Support

• Partner closely with program management and technical leaders to execute New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
• Support achievement of quality, performance, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Ensure compliance with GE HealthCare development processes, regulatory requirements, and quality systems.
• Drive milestone readiness, configuration control, planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
• Support verification, validation, external evaluation, and deployment planning efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to support equipment readiness and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure successful ramp-up, field deployment, and customer feedback integration.
• Drive customer quality initiatives and facilitate timely issue resolution.
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment that encourages accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with equivalent experience).
• Experience leading projects, programs, or cross-functional initiatives in a technical, engineering, manufacturing, or product development environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive execution in complex organizations.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product development, systems engineering, program management, manufacturing, or related technical fields.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) or new product development programs from concept through launch.
• Background working within medical devices, healthcare technology, imaging systems, or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with quality systems, regulatory processes, and structured product development methodologies.
• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
• Engineering or technical background strongly preferred.
• Manufacturing operations experience is a plus.
