What you'll do
- Supervises, organizes and coordinates the overall operation of the team, including staffing and work assignments.
- Directs, implements and updates policies, procedures and protocols to streamline workflow, improve efficiency, and strengthen radiation protection/safety measures.
- Ensures the timely delivery of accurate radiation treatments and oversees the efficient maintenance and operation of all radiation therapy equipment.
- Serves as the liaison between department and staff, physicians, patients, family and other hospital staff.
- Routinely performs all duties of a lower level staff, as needed.
- Adheres to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care.

Pay Range is $81.99 to $114.78 / hourThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
