Lead Registered Nurse, Nursing

Mandatory local laws shall also prevail. Assesses relevant patient history, clinical observations, and treatment-related information to support treatment readiness and safe care delivery. Verifies prescribed therapies, treatment parameters, and required clinical information prior to care delivery to support accurate and compliant administration. Responds to patient needs, treatment reactions, and changes in condition during and after therapy to support timely clinical intervention and escalation. Records assessments, treatment activities, patient responses, and clinical observations to support accurate and complete care documentation. Documents patient education, care updates, and follow-up actions to support continuity of care and informed treatment participation. Coordinates appointments, treatment milestones, and care activities with caregivers and healthcare stakeholders to support timely care progression. Applies nursing standards, clinical protocols, and documentation requirements to support safe practice and quality outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field, or equivalent experience required. Master's degree in nursing or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. 6+ years of experience in clinical nursing experience in home infusion, specialty clinics, patient support, reimbursement coordination, or a related field required. Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent certification required. Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office productivity tools. Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written formats. Ability to organize work and maintain attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities. Ability to analyze information and apply problem-solving skills. Ability to present information clearly to varied audiences. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a broader team. Ability to build effective interpersonal working relationships.
