The Lead Sourcing Specialist, as part of the Headquarters Indirect Sourcing team, is responsible for managing a regional supply base, supporting all legal entities and product lines, and managing end-to-end procurement activities for materials and services. This includes supplier scouting, sourcing, contract negotiation, order placement, supplier performance management, and continuous cost optimization.

The Lead Sourcing Specialist is accountable for solving complex problems, executing objectives, and supporting short-term and long-term business goals. This role contributes to operational and financial planning while supporting overall business strategy and driving procurement excellence across the organization.
 

As a Lead Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
