What you'll do

  • Lead, support and develop the Spa Reception and Spa Attendant teams, creating clear expectations and consistently high standards.
  • Be a visible role model for warm, confident and personalised five-star guest service.
  • Oversee the day-to-day Spa front-of-house operation, including team deployment, coaching, rotas, absence and operational cover.
  • Ensure bookings, treatments, guest information, payments and handovers are accurate and effectively managed.
  • Take ownership of the guest journey from pre-arrival through welcome, Spa experience and departure.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for guest concerns and special requests, resolving them with confidence, discretion and care.
  • Maintain the visual and experiential readiness of the Spa throughout each day, ensuring guest areas feel calm, immaculate and beautifully presented.
  • Regularly walk the Spa environment, identifying and following through on issues relating to presentation, cleanliness, maintenance, supplies or guest comfort.
  • Work closely with Therapists, Wellness colleagues and other hotel departments to ensure excellent communication and a seamless, exceptional guest journey.
  • Support the commercial performance of the Spa through treatment utilisation, rebooking, retail and wider Wellness opportunities.
