Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Lead will serve as a strategic hiring partner and people leader for Harris India, driving recruitment excellence across multiple business units and functions. This role goes beyond operational recruitment delivery and focuses on building scalable talent strategies, influencing business decisions, strengthening recruiter capability, and enabling long-term workforce growth.
The individual will lead a team of recruiters while partnering closely with business leaders, HR leadership, and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational leadership, stakeholder management, talent intelligence, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Partnership
Partner with senior business leaders to drive workforce planning and hiring strategies aligned to business growth objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on talent availability, market intelligence, hiring trends, and recruitment strategies.
Influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights and talent mapping.
Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future business needs across technical, functional, and leadership roles.
Talent Acquisition Leadership
Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple business units and geographies.
Manage recruitment priorities, hiring governance, and execution strategies to ensure delivery against hiring goals.
Drive recruitment planning discussions, hiring prioritization, and demand forecasting with stakeholders.
Ensure consistency in hiring quality, candidate experience, and process compliance.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership teams.
Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring recommendations.
Drive hiring discussions, prioritization, and recruitment planning reviews with business stakeholders.
Talent Intelligence & Recruitment Analytics
Drive data-backed recruitment decision-making through dashboards, reporting, and hiring analytics.
Monitor key hiring metrics including:
Time-to-fill
Offer acceptance rates
Diversity hiring metrics
Source effectiveness
Pipeline conversion
Recruiter productivity
Present hiring insights and market intelligence to leadership teams during business reviews.
Process Excellence & Transformation
Identify opportunities to optimize recruitment workflows, stakeholder engagement, and hiring processes.
Drive standardization and scalability across TA operations.
Lead initiatives around automation, TA tools, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
Continuously improve candidate and hiring manager experience.
Team Capability Building
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to enhance capability, ownership, and delivery effectiveness.
Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and development plans for the TA team.
Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives for recruiters.
Create a high-performance, collaborative, and solution-oriented recruitment culture.
Job Qualifications:
The qualifications we are looking for are mixture of work experience and educational background.
They are split into Minimum Qualifications (must have) and Additional Qualifications (nice to have) along with soft skills (competencies) needed for the role:
Qualifications & Experience
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to strategic and leadership hiring.
Experience leading recruiters or managing recruitment functions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong expertise in technology and corporate hiring.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management at senior leadership levels.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with experience using recruitment metrics and dashboards.
Experience working with ATS platforms such as Workday or similar systems.
