About the Role:
We’re looking for an HR Intern who is keen to learn recruitment along with core HR functions. This role offers hands-on experience and exposure to real-time hiring and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Assist in maintaining hiring trackers and documentation
- Support onboarding and day-to-day HR operations
What You’ll Learn:
- Hands-on training on Keka HRMS
- Exposure to hiring portals and recruitment strategies
- Industrial connects and stakeholder coordination
- HR operations, documentation, and processes
