  • Collaborate with technical teams on requirements, integrations, testing, and deployments.
  • Support Workday releases, feature adoption, and production readiness activities.
  • Perform impact assessments, root cause analysis, and configuration reviews.
  • Develop documentation, testing materials, and knowledge-sharing resources.
  • Recommend Workday best practices and opportunities for optimization.

Lead Workday HRIS Consultant
A leading Financial Services organisation seeking a Lead Workday HRIS Consultant to provide Functional leadership across the Workday platform & broader HR technology landscape.
