We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team who shares our vision of building a sustainable and profitable major Australian gold business. ## The Westgold Offer - Full-time, permanent positions with a competitive salary and attractive benefits package based at our Fortnum site. - 8 days on, 6 days off roster, flying in and out on Tuesdays. - Flexible employment options including FIFO from Perth, DIDO from Geraldton and surrounding areas, or Residential opportunities in Meekatharra & Cue – choose what works best for you! - Modern, well-equipped camps featuring ensuite rooms, sports courts, and fully equipped gyms to keep you comfortable and active while away from home - A growing company that’s supports employee’s development ## The Role - Maintain and service processing plant infrastructure. - Perform fault-finding, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on mechanical components, including lubrication systems, gearboxes, and centrifugal pumps. - Identify and diagnose items of the plant that require preventative maintenance or repair. - Actively participate in maintenance planning activities. - Maintain detailed maintenance history in Pronto. - Attend call outs as per call out roster. - Collaborate with your team to develop and maintain efficient and productive maintenance processes. - Be visible and provide mentoring and leadership to your teams. - Promote a high level of safety awareness, lead from the front and by example. - Liaise with Contractors and Stakeholders as required. ## What do I Need - Current “C” Class Manual Western Australian driver’s licence. - Relevant Trade Qualification. - Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Fixed Plant Maintenance team. - Experience in Sag/Ball Mill Operations. - Forklift Licence (desirable) - Confined Space Ticket (desirable) - Working at Heights Ticket (desirable) - Shut down planning and managing experience. - Sound working knowledge of gold processing plants – crushing, milling, gravity, leaching, and reagent circuits. - Experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Pronto (desirable) The Westgold Offer: A permanent full-time position at a successful gold producer A range of benefits including: - Performance based bonus - Group salary continuous insurance - A health and wellness allowance Health insurance discount - A range of Family and Medical leave policies that includes IVF, surrogacy and adoption. - Referral Bonus - bring your mates along! - 5 years' pro rata long service leave - Salary sacrifice options - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that include free confidential counselling, wellbeing services that includes financial advice.
