- Responsible for leading and supporting continuous improvement activities using lean concepts and tools.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement, facilitating kaizen events, coordinating and providing lean training, tracking results and following up to ensure improvements have been sustained.

Salary- $78,000.00 Non Exempt
Requirements
1. Lead and facilitate lean kaizen events.

Maintain leading-edge knowledge of lean processes and tools, including 5S, Visual Factory, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Value Graphs, Standardized Work, Cycle Time Reduction and Set-up Time Reduction.
13 Responsible to ensure all controls (ICFR Internal Controls) identified under their area of responsibility are designed and operating as outlined in the internal controls over financial reporting.
14. Ensure policies and processes are established and adhered to ensure goals and objectives for all regulatory and legal requirements are met including organizational quality, environmental, health & safety programs.
15. Other duties as assigned, including special projects, promote continuous improvement culture by engaging frontline teams in problem-solving and idea generation.
