What you'll do
- Lead and execute Lean projects across operations and support functions
- Identify improvement opportunities and eliminate waste (Muda) in processes
- Facilitate Kaizen workshops and value stream mapping (VSM)
- Coach and mentor Green Belts and operational teams
- Identify and implement digital solutions to optimize processes
- Drive the integration of Lean principles with digital technologies
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure scalable solutions
- Support the development and execution of the operational excellence roadmap
- Ensure sustainability of implemented solutions (Sustainability and robustness)
- Contribute to standardization and best practice sharing across other sites of the LC as well of the Division

- Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience
- Relevant certifications, system experience, and training

Qualifications:
