GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Assist in collecting information and documenting processes to improve the efficiency and productivity of manufacturing operations.


•  Follow up on the 6S+ program in the plant by teaching, supporting , and facilitating workshops.
• Collect data and assist to the preparation of Kaizen events (time studies, waste analysis, balance charts, define playbooks)
• Teach, implement, and support daily management system deployment and maturity.
• Focus improvements as assigned.


WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
•  Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft office
• Exceptional technical skills, analytical ability, judgment, and strong operational focus
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Minimum of 0 - 2 years’ experience in manufacturing
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

•  Associate degree in engineering or related field; applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree
