What you'll do

  • Support learning programs including updating and developing materials and job aids, and setup/maintenance of training rooms
  • Manage rosters, attendance, and communications for onboarding, boot camps, continuing education, and other training programs
  • Perform data entry to record, plan, and schedule training; build and manage courses and learning assignments in Workday Learning
  • Administer program maintenance for assigned team including scheduling, tracking, and reporting
  • Coordinate the schedule for multiple training programs across department functions

  • Coordinate snacks, meals, and travel for participants as needed
  • Assist in preparation of applications and documentation for training grants and funds
  • Compile and organize training data and reports, including tracking financials and expense reporting for the team
  • Purchase training supplies and manage stock on hand

About the Position

Are you a natural organizer who thrives on keeping people, programs, and details moving in sync? Join our Learning & Development team at Power Design's corporate headquarters in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida, as our next Learning & Development Coordinator. You'll be the engine behind our training function — scheduling programs, managing rosters and attendance, building and maintaining course materials and job aids, and keeping learners informed every step of the way. You'll also get hands-on with Workday Learning, building courses and assignments, running data entry and analysis, and generating reports that help the team make smart decisions.
