  • Ensures adherence to established processes and tracking tools, while proactively identifying improvements.

We are now hiring a Learning Junior Delivery Manager  to join our team as soon as possible for one year.

The Learning Junior Delivery Manager plays a key role within the Delivery Management function, supporting the end-to-end logistics and execution of learning programmes. This role ensures high-quality delivery across virtual and in-person formats while collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Role Description

Programme Delivery & Logistics

  • Builds strong understanding of programme logistical requirements.

  • Autonomously manages end-to-end logistical planning and pre- and post-delivery support for virtual and in-person learning programmes.

Stakeholder Management

  • Manages participant and faculty registrations, queries, and communications to ensure a smooth experience.

  • Collaborates closely with internal teams, external vendors, and facilitators to ensure

Quality, Processes & Tools

Education & Languages

  • Bachelor’s degree in learning, business, or a related field required; Master’s degree as an advantage.
