Learning Management Specialist

 

Mariner is seeking a skilled Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist to oversee the daily operations of Docebo and ensure the efficient, reliable delivery of organization-wide learning initiatives. This role is responsible for user support, administrative management of the LMS, and quality assurance in project execution. The ideal candidate is technically proficient with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities and collaborates closely with HRIS, other LMS specialists, and cross-functional teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 
  • Platform Configuration & Customization: Handle daily administration and configuration of the LMS. Recommend and implement system enhancements to optimize functionality and user experience.

  • User Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the first point of contact for user issues, investigate root causes, and resolve or escalate technical problems to ensure seamless system operation.

  • Problem-Solving: Advanced troubleshooting skills; able to analyze and resolve complex system issues, breaking them down into actionable components.

  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity regarding technical aspects and support.

  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized, precise, and thorough in all aspects of work, with strong planning and task prioritization skills.
