You’ll be taking the lead on the design and launch of new programmes for our customers and overseeing programmes that are already running. EU E2E Learning is looking for a Learning Specialist with a proven track record of delivering results to take end to end ownership of the learning and development aspect of the Transportation Associate Programme (TAP) in the DTM region (Dortmund) and UK South (London, Bristol, Milton Keynes). The programme currently trains Amazon drivers for both yard and over the road HGV driving operations. This role will oversee the training of all TAP drivers in the Dortmund and UK South regions, manage future expansions and develop high quality training content. The postholder will build strong operational relationships with a broad range of stakeholders including external vendors, operations, programme and planning teams.

Key job responsibilities
- Launch programme content in Germany and wider EU
- Launch new TAP clusters and maintain training in existing clusters
- Build mechanisms for quality control and training audit
- Support EU TAP/In House Shunting launches
- Ensure compliance with industry best practice and local legislation
- Engage with key internal stakeholders including Legal, PXT, WHS, Operations, ACES, Fulfillment/Sort Centre Learning teams and TAP Leadership
- Use data to inform decision making and quantify impact to costs, learning experience and safety
- Provide timely and accurate updates to TAP Leadership on programme developments
- Manage relationship with third party training providers and other vendors
- Provide support and mentoring to Learning Coordinators across UK and DE
- Design and deliver training content

A day in the life
As a Learning Specialist you’ll hit the ground running and take ownership of the learning and development of drivers on the TAP programme. You’ll work closely with a range of stakeholders to develop scalable and cost effective solutions that meet operational requirements and develop our drivers. You’ll work closely with TAP operations and the drivers in each cluster in our Amazon Warehouses as well as the senior leadership team and other support teams.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Math, Engineering, Science or Business
- Speak, write, and read fluently in German
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- an active Class B Driver's License
- Experience designing, planning, and delivering content projects

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in program management, logistics, operations, transportation, learning or a related field
