Summary:
The Lease Administrator I is responsible for the entry-level review, abstraction, and management of lease documents and related data. This position supports the lease administration team with data entry, reporting, and general administrative duties.


Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
•    0–2 years of lease administration, real estate, or related experience.

•    Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred.

      • Base Pay Range: $24.00 - 26.00 per hour (Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications.)

      • This position is based on-site in East Syracuse, NY.
