Altius Search Group is recruiting on behalf of an established equipment finance client seeking a Lease Administrator to support both its Information Technology and Industrial/Material Handling equipment finance businesses.

This individual will coordinate transactions from credit approval through documentation, funding, booking, and post-closing administration. The Lease Administrator will work closely with Sales, Credit, Legal, Accounting, customers, and equipment vendors to ensure transactions are documented accurately and completed efficiently.

• Verify asset descriptions, identification numbers, delivery, installation, and acceptance documentation.

• Support documentation and collateral-perfection requirements associated with titled or specialized equipment.

• Provide responsive service to customers, vendors, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders.

• Assist with post-closing documentation, reporting, audits, portfolio administration, and special projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in equipment finance, commercial lending, lease documentation, funding, booking, or transaction administration.

  • Experience supporting multiple equipment types, ideally including technology and industrial or material-handling assets.

  • Familiarity with equipment leases and loans, UCC filings, insurance requirements, titles, and funding procedures.
