About the Role
As a Leasing Associate at Z Modular Industries’ FLATZ 480 community in San Tan Valley, AZ, you will play a key role in driving occupancy by delivering a professional and welcoming experience to prospective residents while showcasing the community’s lifestyle and amenities.
The Leasing Associate manages the full leasing cycle—from initial inquiry through move-in—ensuring every interaction reflects high service standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment and takes pride in promoting quality living experiences.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential job functions, including conducting property tours, inspecting apartment homes and common areas, and interacting with residents and prospects
- Regular movement throughout the property, including stairs and outdoor areas, in varying weather conditions
- Ability to operate a computer, phone, and standard office equipment
- Visual ability to review documents and assess units and property conditions for cleanliness, safety, and readiness
- Ability to stand or remain stationary for extended periods
- Occasional lifting or moving of items such as packages, office supplies, leasing materials, or event equipment (up to 50 pounds)
- All responsibilities performed in accordance with established safety protocols
