We're growing! We’re looking for passionate, driven and energetic candidates to join our Leasing team for the position of Leasing Supervisor located at our office in Guelph, Ontario.  This position requires you to report to Skyline’s head office 5 days a week, and requires the occasional weekend.

Compensation: $65,000.00 annually plus bonus.

As a Leasing Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and operational support to Skyline Living’s leasing team. You’ll help ensure consistent leasing processes, strong service standards, and an exceptional prospect experience while supporting onboarding, training, performance management, workflow coordination, and quality assurance. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and using leasing technology and performance data to help a team succeed, while maintaining focus on our shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people, and our communities.
