- Experience coaching managers, executives, entrepreneurs, or professionals on presentations, writing, interpersonal communication, leadership communication, persuasion, negotiation, conflict management, or stakeholder communication.
- At least three years of university teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level, including face-to-face and online course delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate relevant and applicable business experience into business communication instruction.
- Experience working with corporate partners, executives, managers, entrepreneurs, or professional clients.
- Ability to support graduate-level instruction, executive education, certificate programs, corporate training, or other professional-facing initiatives within the college.

Position Overview The Department of Management within the G. Brint Ryan College of Business (RCOB) at the University of North Texas (UNT) is seeking a full-time Lecturer of Business Communication, a non-tenure-track position. |

Minimum Qualifications • A master’s degree in business, management, communication, organizational communication, professional communication, or a closely related discipline relevant to teaching business communication. • Meaningful professional experience in a business, management, consulting, corporate, training, leadership development, or related organizational setting. |
