- Verify rates, AFAs, billing notes and instructions
- Audit and review time and disbursements for format, rates, and adherences to specified guidelines
- Reconcile invoices to the accounting system and verify supporting documentation
- Research and respond to information requests regarding time, disbursements, invoices, e-billing, timekeepers, rates, trust funds and collections
- Assist with collection efforts as needed
- Maintain client reports and databases

Overview

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Legal Billing Specialist. Ideal candidates must have at least a year of 3E or Elite Enterprise experience in a legal billing role.
