Legal Consultant - Commercial Contracts, Fortune 500

We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant with commercial contracts experience to provide long term support with our F500 clients in the technology space:

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
• Advise business teams on day‑to‑day legal issues and provide practical, business‑oriented solutions
• Support cross‑functional projects (product launches, partnerships, go‑to‑market initiatives) and ensure contract terms align with internal policies and risk appetite

Requirements 

• Circa 3–6 years PQE, from in‑house or law firms, with strong commercial contracts experience
• Solid experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements 
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
