About this role
Axiom is currently looking for a Legal Operations Manager to join our fast growing team and to work with one of our top rated clients.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, document, and optimize legal processes to drive efficiency and harmonization
- Translate business needs into scalable workflows and technology requirements
- Drive change management, training, and communications to ensure tool adoption
- Assist with maintaining tools/processes in the ops team
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and enable adoption
Qualifications:
- 1+ years’ experience in legal operations, project management, or business operations
- Strong project management skills and experience delivering complex initiatives
- Ability to engage, align, and influence stakeholders across levels and functions
- A data‑driven, analytical mindset with experience creating dashboards and KPIs
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and change‑management capabilities
