We are seeking an outstanding Legal Contract Specialist to join our Legal Team based in Melbourne. This person will be responsible for preparing, reviewing and maintaining contract documentation, ensuring compliance with contractual term policy positions and effectively assisting in resolution of contract-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation, review, negotiation and execution of contracts and ancillary documents.

  • Maintain accurate records of contract documentation, variations and correspondence.

  • Support project teams with contract interpretation and administration.

About You

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a contract specialist role.
