WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for a wide variety of individual and collective employment law queries across the entire Zalando Group (within and outside of Germany)

• As a direct contact, support and handle employment disputes as well as litigation representation

• Train leads and P&O colleagues in employment law related topics, draft and improve all kinds of templates and agreements (incl. Works Agreements). 

• Support national and international transactions, new founding ventures, and restructurings from an employment law perspective

• Develop creative approaches and solutions as part of a great team, including new ways of working 

• Work closely with our employee representative bodies

• We support you in training to become a certified specialist attorney (Fachanwalt)

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• You have successfully completed state examinations, preferably with the grade "vollbefriedigend" (fully satisfactory)

• You have a focused interest in employment law. Relevant professional experience is a plus

• You have excellent English and German skills that allow you to excel in daily collaboration with colleagues and external stakeholders

• You have a passion for tackling new challenges and independently managing and initiating projects
