What you'll do

  • Review, draft, and negotiate a high volume of contracts for THE·TEAM Creators clients, including sponsorship/endorsement, appearance, content, production, literary, and other types of deals.
  • Conduct research and analysis of specific legal questions and prepare opinions setting forth research results, recommendations, and conclusions in a variety of legal areas.
  • Anticipate legal and contract/deal issues, and design and execute strategies to remediate risk to THE·TEAM and its clients.
  • Keep current on legislative issues, statutes, decisions, and other important legal developments that may affect THE·TEAM and/or its clients’ interests.
  • Support on a range of intellectual property projects, including THE·TEAM-owned IP as well as IP controlled by THE·TEAM clients.
  • Assist with dispute resolution and litigation oversight.
  • Ensure compliance with THE·TEAM’s corporate policies and procedures (including anti-bribery, AML, data protection and sanctions).
  • Other duties as assigned.

We’re looking for a talented lawyer to join our Creators division legal team. In this role, you’ll support the team’s contracting functions by reviewing, editing, and negotiating a variety of agreements for THE·TEAM Creators clients, as well as advising THE·TEAM agents and clients on various transactional and legal matters. It’s a great fit for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to a rapidly growing group.

⚪ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
