Legal Director or Partner – Employment – Bristol – Hybrid

A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Partner or Legal Director to join its growing Bristol office. With a strong national reputation and a team of highly regarded employment specialists, the firm advises a diverse portfolio of businesses, public sector organisations, charities and senior executives on the full spectrum of employment law matters.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior employment lawyer to play a key role in expanding the firm’s presence across the South West. The successful individual will help drive growth, strengthen client relationships and contribute to the development of a thriving and collaborative employment practice.

The role will involve:

• Advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
• Supporting employers on restructures, redundancies, TUPE transfers and senior executive issues.
• Providing strategic employment support on corporate transactions and business change projects.
• Leading business development initiatives and building strong market relationships across the region.
• Mentoring and developing junior lawyers while helping to shape the future growth of the team.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with significant employment law experience, strong technical expertise and an established professional network. They will be commercially minded, entrepreneurial and passionate about delivering practical, client-focused advice.
