What you'll do
- Assist in planning recruiting programs and law school recruiting events, including attorney participation.
- Schedule interviews and interview lunches for candidates, preparing and distributing interview schedules, greeting applicants, gathering interview evaluations and printing summaries.
- Maintain recruiting databases and systems, including candidate data entry, reporting, interview tracking, evaluations and record management for all candidates.
- Assist with all aspects of the Summer Program, including communications, event preparation and execution, training, work assignment tracking and other duties as needed.
- Assist with all aspects of recruiting, including statistical reporting and metrics.
- Work with other departments to track and maintain necessary onboarding information for all new attorneys and summer associates.
- Process recruiting expenses, prepare disbursements, copying, filing, scanning, and other administrative duties as requested.
- Additional projects as assigned by Managing Director or other department members.

Provides administrative, operational, and logistical support to the Legal Recruiting team. This role supports the firm's efforts to attract, recruit, and hire highly qualified law students and experienced attorneys and helps ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
