Overview

Microsoft’s Corporate, External & Legal Affairs (CELA) organization supports one of the most complex commercial businesses in the world. The Global Frontline team in Customer & Partner Solutions (CPS) serves as a legal front door for Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) and Microsoft Elevate, helping business clients obtain timely, practical legal support and resolving matters at the appropriate level while partnering with attorneys and subject matter experts on higher-risk or specialized issues.
