  • Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards (e.g., NERC, IEEE).
  • Maintain tools and test equipment in good working condition.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project status and technical issues.

Job Summary**
