Responsibilities of a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner:

• Support children's learning through play as a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner
• Deliver activities in line with the EYFS framework as a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner
• Encourage children's communication, social and emotional development as a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner
• Support daily care routines while maintaining a safe environment as a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues as a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner
• Promote children's independence and wellbeing as a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner

Requirements for a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner:

• Level 2 Childcare qualification (essential)
• Previous experience working as a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner or within an early years setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
• A caring, enthusiastic and reliable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to start in September 2026
